Terms and conditions

Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa Card
The amount will be drawn from your account when the goods are shipped.

Delivery
Delivery is made with FedEx, GLS, DHL and UPS depending on country. Delivery time is 1-5 days. We deliver to most countries globally. See all available countries and shipping prices on our website: www.kristensen-du-nord.com/shipment-information/

Pricing
All site pricing will be shown in Euros (EUR). Orders can only be placed in the currency relating to your shipping country, and we are unable to offer alternative currency pricing to any customer.

Tax
All Euros (EUR) pricing is shown inclusive of danish tax (25%).

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.

Local charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to your order depending on region and local custom duties. The charges are at the customer’s own expense.


Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days right of withdrawal, when you shop on www.kristensen-du-nord.com
The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;
a. received your product
b. receive the final product in physical possession, when it is an agreement regarding several different products, which have been ordered in one order, and which are delivered individually.
c. receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it is an agreement on delivery of a product, which consists of several lots or parts

You must within 14 days of the receipt notify us if you want to withdraw your purchase. The announcement must be made through cecilie@k-n.dk. In your message you must make it clear that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time.

Withdrawal of a part of an order
If you purchase more than one item on our webshop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are purchased and sent as one order.

Note that you will not get the delivery cost refunded, if you withdraw a part of an order.

Return
You must send your order back to us no later than 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase. You must pay the direct cost of returning the product. At returning you are responsible for the product being wrapped securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product.

The condition of the product when you return it
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that we will not accept it as a return and get reimbursed.
You can test the product but you cannot start using the product.

Reimbursement
If you withdraw from the contract, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us. If you are using your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we received the product(s) from you. We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed to something else.

Note: We do not receive packets sent cash on delivery.

Faulty goods
The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s regulations regarding defects applies to the purchase of goods.

When you shop at www.kristensen-du-nord.com you get a 24-month warranty. This means that you can get either the product repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or have a reduction of the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to an incorrect use of the product or other tortious behaviour.
You must notify us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the product. If you notify us within two months after the defect has been found, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) delivery costs.

Return instructions
If you in any reason need to return your shipment you will always need a return form to be returned in the package. Please contact us through: cecilie@k-n.com

We will need the following information, when you send the product to us
When you are returning the product please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible.
Remember that the product always has to be sent back in the proper packaging, and make sure you get a receipt of dispatch, so that we can refund your delivery costs.
Note: We do not receive packets sent cash on delivery or similar.

Privacy policy
We need the following information when you use our website for shopping:
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We only registrate and pass on personal data necessary for delivering the products to you.

The data is registered at Kristensen Du Nord ApS and will be kept for a period of five years. Afterwards the information will be deleted.
We cooperate with different companies which process and file data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use personal data for their own purposes.

We cooperate solely with data processors within EU or within countries which provide the same level of protection.

The data controller on www.kristensen-du-nord.com is our CEO, Fritz Van Hauen.

You have the right to get access to information registered about you.
If you believe the information to be incorrect you have the right to have the information rectified. In some cases we will have to delete your data if requested by you. It could for example be if the information is no longer necessary to the purpose we originally needed it for. 

Please contact us if you feel your personal data is not processed according to legislation.

Complaint procedure
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Krisentensen Du Nord Customer Service through k-n@k-n.dk.
If we, contrary to expectations, cannot find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. www.forbrug.dk.
It is also possible to file a complaint to the EU commissions online dispute resolutions platform, which mainly will be relevant for consumers living in another European country than Denmark. The ODR platform is accessible here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
