TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa Card
The amount will be drawn from your account when the goods are shipped.

Delivery
Delivery is made with FedEx, GLS, DHL and UPS depending on country. Delivery time is 1-5 days. We deliver to most countries globally. See all available countries and shipping prices on our website: www.kristensen-du-nord.com/shipment-information/

Pricing
All site pricing will be shown in Euros (EUR). Orders can only be placed in the currency relating to your shipping country, and we are unable to offer alternative currency pricing to any customer.

TAX & DUTIES

Included:
We include the cost of duties and taxes in your order in following locations:
EU, Iceland, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Israel. The price you see at checkout + freight, is the price you pay, and no additional fees.

Not included:
As to Taiwan, Japan, China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and South Korea duties and taxes are NOT included in the price.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.

RIGHT OF WITDRAWEL
You have 14 days right of withdrawal, when you shop on www.kristensen-du-nord.com. The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

received your product
receive the final product in physical possession, when it is an agreement regarding several different products, which have been ordered in one order, and which are delivered individually.
receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it is an agreement on delivery of a product, which consists of several lots or parts

You must within 14 days of the receipt notify us if you want to withdraw your purchase. The announcement must be made through k-n@k-n.dk. In your message you must make it clear that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time.

WITHDRAWAL OF A PART OF AN ORDER
If you purchase more than one item on our webshop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are purchased and sent as one order.

Note that you will not get the delivery cost refunded, if you withdraw a part of an order.

RETURN

You must send your order back to us no later than 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase. You must pay the direct cost of returning the product. At returning you are responsible for the product being wrapped securely. You bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product.

The condition of the product when you return it
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can test the product in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that we will not accept it as a return and get reimbursed.
You can test the product but you cannot start using the product.

Reimbursement
If you withdraw from the contract, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us. If you are using your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we received the product(s) from you. We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed to something else.

Note: We do not receive packets sent cash on delivery.

Faulty goods
The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s regulations regarding defects applies to the purchase of goods.

When you shop at www.kristensen-du-nord.com you get a 24-month warranty. This means that you can get either the product repaired, exchanged, receive your money back, or have a reduction of the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to an incorrect use of the product or other tortious behaviour.

You must notify us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the product. If you notify us within two months after the defect has been found, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) delivery costs.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you in any reason need to return your shipment you will always need a return form to be returned in the package. Please contact us through: k-n@k-n.com

When you are returning the product please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible.

Remember that the product always has to be sent back in the proper packaging, and make sure you get a receipt of dispatch, so that we can refund your delivery costs.
Note: We do not receive packets sent cash on delivery or similar.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions, and any contract, order, purchase, transaction, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website or the purchase of products from Kristensen Du Nord ApS, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the use of this website, any purchase or order, delivery, return, refund, replacement, voucher, store credit, goodwill arrangement, merchandise delivered in error, or any other aspect of the relationship between the customer and Kristensen Du Nord ApS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Denmark.

Kristensen Du Nord ApS is incorporated and domiciled in Denmark and operates its business and webshop from Denmark. The availability of this website and the delivery of products to customers internationally do not, by themselves, establish a branch, office, agency or place of business of Kristensen Du Nord ApS in any other jurisdiction.

MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you purchase from us as a consumer, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights which apply to you under the laws of your country of residence and which cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

Where mandatory law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction notwithstanding the jurisdiction provision above, those mandatory rights shall remain unaffected.

GOOD DELIVERED IN ERROR

If you receive merchandise from Kristensen Du Nord ApS which you did not order and which has clearly been delivered to you as a result of a shipping, fulfilment or administrative error, please contact us promptly at k-n@k-n.dk.

Where permitted by applicable law, merchandise clearly delivered in error remains the property of its rightful owner. Kristensen Du Nord ApS will arrange and bear the reasonable cost of returning or redirecting such merchandise.

Customers will not be required to incur reasonable shipping costs in correcting an erroneous delivery.

Nothing in this provision affects any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the customer's country of residence.

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Krisentensen Du Nord Customer Service through k-n@k-n.dk.
If we, contrary to expectations, cannot find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. www.forbrug.dk.
